“Block 2” light by Henry Pilcher, Australia, is named after the warehouse where the original inner pendant was found, giving rise to the idea. The light is cased in an icosahedron timber frame that cleverly allows for its positioning as a floor lamp on one of its 20 sides. It can also be stacked or, if you choose, hung as a pendant light. This design is both fun and original, maintaining its classic relevance while withstanding the ebbs and flows of industrial design trends. It is truly a unique piece of design and a pleasure to photograph.
Condition: Very good, original stamps, some minor marking as expected.
