“Kiwi Fruit Blood” is an original numbered edition artwork by Matthew Campisi (UltraFragola). In blazes of colour, form, and light, Matthew creates immersive visions of abstract form that oscillate between the organic and otherworldly. At times, the works evoke the semblance of human form or the grandeur of expansive landscapes. Matthew uses 3D modelling software to produce foundational structures that are then deconstructed and reworked in a process of slicing and splicing until the final image is far removed from its original conception.

Artist bio:

Matthew Campisi is dedicated to his Melbourne (Naarm) based vintage store, UltraFragola, which he conceived and grew from his love of furniture and design. Outside his passion project, Matthew works as a communication designer and pursues his love for art and furniture during his off time. It is his love for design and communication design background that inspire his freeform and distinct artworks.
